At Fifth Sun we work hard to provide our customers the best service in the industry, this website is just an extension of the personal service we strive to offer. Minimum Order

Our web site follows the same standard ordering rules that we have for all orders. The minimum order is 24 total pieces with 3 pieces per style required. We do reserve the right to refuse orders that do not meet those limits.

Returns

No returns will be accepted without preauthorization, please get in touch with your customer service representative to authorize your return. All returns and refused orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been invoiced you can pull up the tracking information on our website. Just go to the Invoice tab and pull up the current invoice, your tracking information will be provided there.
